Return Policy

A customer may return the merchandise within seven days of its receipt, no questions asked so long it is not damaged in any way or any damage to it during shipment has been notified by the customer through sale@shoez.in within two days of its receipt.

The customer however is required to return the merchandize at its own expense and ensure its safe delivery to the notified office address. The money paid by the customer will be refunded in full within two days of the receipt of the merchandize.

The business may deduct any money towards the repair of the damage to the merchandise that may have been caused during the return shipment or handling at the customer end.
